Job Description CEDA is looking for a Training Administrator to join our Calgary team and keep one of the most important pieces of our Training team running smoothly, the details. From entering employee training information to keeping records accurate and up to date, you’ll be the person making sure the right information is in the right place when it’s needed. A collaborative and supportive team culture that encourages learning and growth Key Duties & Responsibilities: Maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date training records to support accurate training tracking and reporting Enter, update and maintain employee training information within the Learning Management System, ensuring information and records are entered accurately and in a timely manner Work with Operations and other internal teams as required to clarify training records, resolve discrepancies, and respond to record-related inquiries Support new hire training administration, including orientation, HSE training, and other required training activities Assist with training reports, record tracking, audits, and other administrative activities to support the training team Other duties as required Role Specifications: 1-2 years of previous administrative, data entry or related experience Experience working with databases, software systems or Learning Management Systems is considered an asset Previous experience in training, learning and development, or a related environment is considered an asset Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word Flexibility to occasionally work outside regular business hours during peak periods, as required A valid Class 5 Driver’s Licence with no more than 5 demerits in the last 3 years is required Personal Characteristics: You’re the type of person who notices when something doesn’t look quite right and won’t be satisfied until the details are checked and corrected There’s something satisfying about a clean spreadsheet, an organized record, and knowing the information is exactly where it needs to be Repetitive work doesn’t slow you down! Requirements
Requires 1–2 years of administrative, data-entry, or related experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office—particularly Excel and Word—and a valid Class 5 driver's licence with no more than 5 demerits in the past 3 years. Experience with databases, software systems, Learning Management Systems, or training and learning environments is an asset; occasional work outside regular hours may be required.
