Operate plant process equipment safely and efficiently, follow procedures and safety policies, manage permits and lockouts, and support shift operations through rounds, troubleshooting, and communication with control room and support teams. Monitor operations against targets, report and escalate deviations, respond to abnormal situations, participate in training, and serve on the Emergency Response Team.

Greet and assist camp guests, manage check-ins, check-outs, room assignments, reservations, keys, and records, and respond to inquiries. Coordinate with housekeeping, address guest concerns professionally, and follow camp policies and procedures.

Provide general administrative support, maintain office records and supplies, coordinate meetings and shipments, and prepare basic forms, reports, and presentations. Support onboarding and offboarding, company events, communication with headquarters in China, and occasional work-site travel.
