We are responsible for blending Western Canadian Select, the benchmark for heavy Canadian crude oil. The Company is owned by CK Infrastructure Holdings Limited (CKI) (16.25%), Power Assets Holdings Limited (48.75%) and Cenovus Energy Inc. (35%). Cenovus is the operator.
