The Associate will support the full development lifecycle by preparing financial pro formas and coordinating cross-functional teams across acquisitions, construction, and marketing. They are responsible for identifying project risks, managing consultant relationships, and delivering clear recommendations to senior leadership.

The Senior Construction Accountant will manage project financial performance by validating costs, processing invoices, and monitoring budgets across multiple high-rise developments. They will also support project funding through monthly progress draws and provide financial insights to senior leadership to ensure project success.
