Job summary

We are looking for a proactive, highly organized office administrator/personal assistant to provide personal and administrative support to company leadership. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a dynamic workload, takes ownership, and can manage a wide range of tasks independently with minimal supervision. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate needs are essential for success in this role. Key responsibilities: Provide daily administrative, operational, and personal support to key company leadership; Handle and execute various ad hoc requests and assignments from company leadership, ensuring timely and effective completion; Responsible for ensuring smooth office operations, including coordination of all service providers (cleaning and others); Support reservations and business travel coordination; Scheduling, booking, and coordinating local events. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar administrative or executive support role; Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail; Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks; Resourceful, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset; Valid driver’s license and ability to use a vehicle for work-related tasks as needed; Must be based in Montreal with strong knowledge of the local area, services, and resources, and the ability to efficiently handle local tasks and arrangements.
