We are expanding our team and are currently looking for HIGH PROFILE Security Concierge team members for: FULL-TIME security concierge roles. Must be available for evening and overnight work Schedule - Night 11:00PM - 7:00AM or 12:00AM - 8:00AM Duties: * Maintain the security and safety of the premises by conducting proactive security patrols * Provide superior customer service to residents * Maintain a strong sense security presence in common areas, tower, parking areas, hallways, stairwells, surrounding walkways of the buildings and premises * Conduct hourly patrols and actively monitor cameras * Respond to emergency situations (security, medical, flood or fire) and facility emergencies (floods, elevator break downs, gate break downs). Write incident reports. * Document and report as required daily reports, incident reports, for management and client follow up * Proactively diffuse, respond and resolve difficult situations Job Qualifications: * Valid BST (British Columbia) Security License * Minimum 1 year Security experience * Excellent customer service skills, friendly * Excellent verbal and written English language communication skills * Physically fit and mentally alert
