Job description: Duties: Prepare documents for Canadian and American customs Operate office machines including copiers, scanners, phone and voicemail systems, personal computers, and other standard office equipment. Answer phones, direct calls to appropriate individuals, and prepare messages. Maintain filing systems either manually or electronically. Manage calendars and schedule appointments. Assist with data entry tasks Ensure confidentiality and security of all files and documents Assist with general office tasks as needed Required skills/ abilities: Bilingual (English and French) Proficient with Microsoft Office and related software Customer service skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively Education and Experience: High school diploma (required) DEC (preferred) Administrative: 1 year (preferred) Benefits: Flexible schedule On-site parking
