All final hiring decisions at Chandos are made personally by our hiring team.Compensation TransparencyAssistant Superintendent I/II $92000 to $102000Superintendent I/II/III $112,200.00 to $155,000.00Sr Super/General Superintendent $150,000.00 to $173,000.00The base salary range for this role may vary based on your experience. This position also includes a competitive bonus program. Throughout the interview process, we’ll discuss your background to determine the best alignment for your experience level. Compensation: CAD 120000 - CAD 170000 - yearly

Lead construction projects by setting technical standards and ensuring a strong focus on safety and forecasting. Manage people and projects using digital tools to drive collaborative construction success.

Requires a minimum of 5 years of Superintendent experience with a general contractor, preferably in commercial and institutional sectors. Must be highly proficient in technology, MS Project, and knowledgeable in building and jurisdiction codes.
