Provide interventional pain management procedures and patient consultations, with a practice typically involving at least two to three days per week of procedures and consults. The physician may also oversee fellows and infusion therapy, contribute to multidisciplinary case rounds, and participate in teaching and research activities.

Manage front desk operations, patient intake, scheduling, communications, medical records, billing, and care coordination. Provide backup clinical support during procedures, including equipment preparation, patient positioning, vital signs, imaging assistance, and maintaining sterile protocols.

Assess patients, deliver physiotherapy and rehabilitation services, and maintain appropriate clinical documentation for clients with varied functional abilities, disabilities, comorbidities, and injury histories. Collaborate with medical and allied health practitioners to develop and deliver integrated care plans for shared patients.

Lead and optimize the Group Medical Visit program, serving as the primary contact for facilitators and supporting clinical standards, curriculum development, documentation, billing, and operational workflows. Develop and mentor facilitators, improve patient experience, support recruitment and program growth, and collaborate with clinic leadership and IT on program changes and tools.
