Job details

At Castleview, we believe exceptional seniors care starts with creating a place that truly feels like home. We are a smaller, resident-focused care home that offers a comfortable, relaxed atmosphere rather than the institutional feel of a large senior facility. Our residents each have their own private room, access to beautiful outdoor spaces, and — most importantly — a team of compassionate staff who take pride in the care they provide. "Our residents do not live in our workplace; we work in their home." This philosophy guides everything we do. We value meaningful relationships, personalized care, dignity, and creating a positive environment for both our residents and our staff.
