About This Opportunity: CPA Ontario is looking for a dynamic Product Coordinator to help shape and elevate our Professional Development portfolio. In this role, you’ll partner closely with the Product Manager to bring high-quality learning experiences to life - ensuring our course offerings are accurate, compelling, and aligned with the evolving needs of our members. Your contributions will play a key role in enhancing the performance, relevance, and overall excellence of our PD catalogue. What You’ll Be Doing: Content Development & Quality Assurance * Draft, edit, and review course descriptions and supporting materials to ensure clarity, consistency, and strong market positioning * Maintain high standards of content quality across all PD offering Catalogue & Platform Management * Build, review and update course content across the LMS (Learning Management System), registration portal and SharePoint to ensure accuracy and consistency * Identify and resolve gaps or discrepancies in course information across platforms Content Sourcing & Portfolio Support * Support the evaluation and selection of third-party and internationally developed content * Ensure new an existing offerings align with CPA Ontario’s learning strategy and member needs Promotions & Marketing Coordination * Support the execution of promotional offers and campaigns, ensuring course information and pricing are current * Coordinate update to promotional content across relevant channels Storefront & Discovery Optimization * Maintain curated course listings and featured content on the CPA Ontario storefront * Support efforts to improve discover ability and presentation of key offering To Be Successful You Need: * A post-secondary degree or diploma is preferred with a minimum of 1 to 2 years of professional work experience in an administrative role. Experience in a learning and development or education setting is preferred. * Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint. Committed to ongoing training and a desire to learn new technology and continually expand upon knowledge and expertise. * A skilled communicator (verbally and written) with the ability to obtain and provide information in a clear and concise manner. * Able to work in collaboration with others and independently. * Able to work in a self-directed manner with minimal supervision. * Adept at time-management, organizational and multi-tasking with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet simultaneous deadlines while meeting targets. Salary Range * The starting annual salary range for this position is between $53,000 - $66,300 per annum, based on your qualifications, experience, and internal parity. Exceptions may be considered with further review. What you’ll do

The Product Coordinator supports the Professional Development portfolio by developing and reviewing course content and managing the LMS and registration portals. They also coordinate promotional campaigns and optimize the storefront to improve the discoverability of learning offerings.

Requirements

A post-secondary degree or diploma is preferred along with 1 to 2 years of professional administrative experience, ideally in an education or L&D setting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint, along with strong communication and organizational skills, is required.
