Pilot - Captain – Challenger 300 – YYZ

What You’ll Do: * Act as a Captain on the Challenger 300 aircraft in Toronto * Ensure flights are conducted in a safe manner * Support daily operation activities on available reserve days * Liaise with Chartright’s Flight Coordination Centre and Sales to ensure all operational and service requirements are delivered * Foster an environment of collaboration and encourage an atmosphere where co-workers can share ideas, improvements and solutions * Provide direct customer service to clients contributing to their exceptional client experience * Perform monthly training courses and other duties as required What You Bring: * Canadian Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL) or Valid IATRA * Group 1 Multi-Engine IFR * Valid Transport Canada Medical * Canadian Radio Telephone License * Minimum of 3,000 hours total flight time * Minimum 1000 multi-engine PIC hours, jet or turbine time is preferred * A University degree or College diploma in Aviation is preferred * Ability to lift up to 60 Ibs * Hands-on experience with flight management systems and glass cockpits * Strong understanding of aviation weather, airport performance, flight plan calculations, fuel planning, weight and balance * Expert knowledge of the Canadian Aviation Regulations (CARs) and SMS safety practices * A positive mindset with the strong ability to work collaboratively and effectively build relationships across the organization * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Exceptional client service, organization and prioritization skills * Ability to work a flexible schedule to support clients’ needs * Previous International flying experience (Europe & South America) is required * Previous time on type is preferred Hours of Work: Ability to work a flexible schedule Why Chartright? * Make an Impact: Help shape the future of a growing aviation company. * Be Part of a Winning Team: Work with talented professionals who value collaboration and excellence. * Drive Change: Contribute to our ongoing transformation and growth, using your unique skills to improve processes and deliver results. * Grow Your Career: Access opportunities for personal and professional development. * Competitive Benefits: Enjoy a competitive compensation package, including 100% company-paid extended health and dental coverage. * Employee Perks: We offer a variety of partnerships, offering discounts for employees and their families. * Plan Ahead: Benefit from our generous RRSP/DPSP matching program. The Captain is responsible for the safe operation of the Challenger 300 aircraft while providing exceptional customer service to clients. They will also support daily flight coordination activities and participate in ongoing training and safety initiatives.

Candidates must hold a Canadian Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL) or valid IATRA with a minimum of 3,000 total flight hours. Previous international flying experience and expert knowledge of Canadian Aviation Regulations are required.
