In the early 1970’s our founder, Fil Capuano, found himself in the UK, plying his trade as an apprentice, working on and among some of the Grand Victorian Estate homes. Captivated by the artistry of the skilled craftsmen he was privileged to labour under, he had a vision to continue in the traditions of these craftsmen of yesteryear. Following in the footsteps of both his builder father Fausto and his Uncle Mike he established Chatsworth Fine Homes in his new home of Canada. Chatsworth carries on this time honoured tradition with the same painstaking attention to detail in every luxury home it builds. Our Name In homage to the English Stately home “Chatsworth House” and with reverence for its olde world craftmanship, Chatsworth Fine homes was born. Chatsworth House bequeathed through 16 generations of the Cavendish family is visited by thousands each year admiring its architecture and art treasures which span over 4000 years. Our team at Chatsworth Fine Homes finds its inspiration in the beauty and craft of this great house.
