We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager at our Ottawa Trainyards location in Ottawa, Ontario! What You’ll Do: Support daily retail and salon operations to ensure a smooth, welcoming experience Lead by example, coaching and motivating team members to achieve sales and service goals Build strong relationships with customers, creating loyalty through consistent and memorable experiences Assist with scheduling, payroll, inventory management, and customer appointment bookings Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and beautifully merchandised salon that meets Chatters’ standards Share product knowledge and support training, onboarding, and development of team members Step in as a leader when needed, solving problems and making decisions that positively impact customers and the team Who You Are You’re a values-driven leader who brings intention, passion, and authenticity to everything you do.
