Support the hospital manager in running the Endoscopy Department, maintaining high standards of governance, clinical effectiveness, and patient care while contributing to the endoscopy strategy and JAG accreditation. Lead and support staff, plan care across the patient pathway, promote safety, ensure equipment readiness, and oversee endoscope care, decontamination, and traceability records.
