Location: Sandringham, Johannesburg Position Type: Fixed term Purpose of the Job To provide temporary administrative support to Rimon Health and Sandringham Gardens, with particular focus on patient onboarding, regulatory documentation, record keeping and general administrative duties. Role and Responsibilities Assist with the onboarding and registration of patients onto Rimon Health. Collect and verify required patient information and supporting documentation. Follow up on outstanding documentation with relevant staff, departments, patients or families. Ensure all required regulatory and compliance documentation is obtained. Maintain accurate and complete patient files, both electronic and hard copy where applicable. Scan, upload, capture and file documentation on the relevant systems. Assist with checking patient files for missing or incomplete information. Maintain administrative trackers and follow-up lists. Assist with preparation of documentation for audits, inspections and compliance reviews. Liaise with nursing, intake, finance and other relevant departments regarding outstanding information. Perform general administrative duties including data capturing, filing, photocopying, scanning and document management. Assist with other reasonable administrative tasks required by Rimon Health and Sandringham Gardens. Qualifications And Education Requirements Grade 12 / Matric. Basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Good administrative and organisational skills. Good attention to detail. Ability to maintain accurate records and follow established processes. Good written and verbal communication skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality when working with patient information. Previous administrative experience would be advantageous but is not essential. Preferred Skills Accurate and methodical. Well organised. Reliable and responsible. Able to follow instructions and procedures. Good follow-up skills. Able to work across different departments. Comfortable working with confidential information. Able to prioritise tasks and work under supervision. Willing to learn new systems and processes.
