Job/Department Summary: Working independently under general supervision, this position serves as a primary point of contact for students, campus partners, and community stakeholders seeking Basic Needs support. This position is responsible for coordinating front-desk operations, student communications, appointment scheduling, website content management, data tracking, program participation records, reporting, and office support functions. The incumbent supports departmental operations by maintaining accurate records, coordinating administrative processes, preparing reports, tracking housing assistance activities, and assisting with projects that advance food security, housing stability, and student success initiatives. Required Education and Experience: This position requires fully functional knowledge of and skill in standard office procedures and practices, as well as an ability to understand and operate in a variety of organizational structures. These qualifications, and those listed above, would normally be obtained through completion of a high school program, technical/vocational program, or their equivalents combined with three years of related office work experience. Preferences: Preference may be given to applicants with the following as they may be considered specialized skills: * Experience supporting payroll processing, timesheet administration, student employment records, or related administrative functions. * Experience maintaining websites, updating web content, managing online forms, or supporting digital communication platforms. * Experience utilizing Microsoft Bookings and Outlook Calendars * Experience working in higher education, student affairs, or student services within a university setting. * Experience working with students experiencing food insecurity, housing instability, financial hardship, or other barriers to student success. * Bilingual or multilingual communication skills that support engagement with diverse student populations. * Experience using Salesforce. * Training or experience in trauma-informed customer service and culturally responsive practices. Time Base: Full-time Pay Plan: 12/12 Work Schedule: Mon-Fri 8:00am-5:00pm, Summer: Mon-Thurs 7:00am-5:30pm CSU Classification Salary Range: $48,564 (Step 1) - $70,752 (Step 20) per year.
