Coach first- and second-year post-secondary students through individualized and group support, helping them set goals, navigate academic and personal resources, and overcome barriers to persistence and graduation. Lead and develop the peer mentor program, facilitate community activities, track student progress, process funding requests, and coordinate support with campus and community partners.
