Coordinate and deliver customized family support, including supervised visits, parenting coaching, life-skills instruction, crisis response, and safety planning to strengthen families and support children’s reunification or prevent admission to care. Document family progress, coordinate with service providers, advocate for children and families, and complete program, case, and court-related responsibilities.

Coordinate logistics and promote a youth conference focused on education, careers, training, and employment opportunities. Mentor youth, support their academic engagement and progress, develop action plans, and collaborate with schools, community agencies, and the Ontario Education Championship Team.
