Job Description For the Service Advisor role, we’re looking for someone who has ideally had previous experience dealing within this type of area. Someone who is great at organisation and accuracy and has a fantastic customer service approach. The role of Service Advisor is the public face of the aftersales department, and you will be providing a working relationship between service customers and the workshop department, ensuring excellent communication is maintained at all time and that customers get an excellent experience using our Chorley Group service departments, as well as the branch as a whole. Other responsibilities for the role are; Dealing with necessary paperwork Preserving a high level of house keeping at all times Maintaining communication with the customer whilst their vehicle is being services/repaired and; Processing payments and follow up actions. What We Are Looking For Experience in the motor industry and/or service advisor role is preferred As mentioned previously, no specific qualifications needed A good level of computer literacy A keen eye for detail Someone who has a passion to make things work – keep moving forward to reach the finish line everyday Good customer service skills Ability to work under pressure When I join the team, what will I get in return? Requirements

Previous motor industry or Service Advisor experience is preferred, with one year of Service Advisor experience preferred. Candidates should have good computer literacy, attention to detail, strong customer service and communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure; no specific qualifications are required.
