Job Title: In-Person Couples Therapist Reports To: Clinical Director Status: Independent Contractor to see at least 4 clients per week in person Compensation: Commensurate with experience and qualifications (range $85-88 per session which includes a $5/session couples bonus) plus a possible $5/session Accessibility Bonus for sessions held after 5PM on weekdays or anytime on Saturdays. We are currently seeking an independent contractor who has a Master’s Degree, is certified to practice psychotherapy with couples in the province of Ontario, has passed the Qualifying stage and is working toward Independent status. To learn more about Christian Counselling Ottawa, please click here: https://christiancounsellingottawa.ca/ QUALIFICATIONS: § Master’s Degree in Counselling or Social Work, or other applicable Master’s degrees § Current full registration to practice as a psychotherapist in Ontario through CRPO or OCSWSSW, or other recognized professional college that has passed the Qualifying stage and working toward independent status. § At least 2-3 years of clinical experience as a psychotherapist § Clear demonstration of strong clinical skills working with couples § Specific couples training required § Clear demonstration of strong administrative stills (eg. invoicing, progress notes, scheduling) § Ability to see clients both in-person required § Current Vulnerable Sector Check § Team mindset § Capacity to integrate spirituality into psychotherapy Thank-you for your interest. Requirements

Requires a relevant master’s degree, current Ontario registration at the qualifying stage while working toward independent status, and at least 2–3 years of clinical experience. Candidates must have specific couples therapy training, strong clinical and administrative skills, a current Vulnerable Sector Check, and the ability to work in harmony with the organization’s Christian faith and integrate spirituality into therapy.
