Manage Gross-to-Net performance, trade spend investments, and eCommerce profitability while leading the Sales Finance team. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance with 7+ years of progressive experience, preferably in the CPG industry. Must have previous people leadership experience and strong commercial acumen with advanced analytical skills.
