When you join CIMA+, we welcome you to a place that you can call home Job Description As a Senior AI Enablement Professional, you will own the strategy, roadmap, communications approach, stakeholder alignment, team coordination, and measurement framework required to align AI adoption priorities and accelerate the responsible adoption of AI across CIMA+, in support of the organization’s current and evolving AI strategy and its key pillars. Working closely with the AI Development team, you will translate CIMA+’s AI priorities, strategic pillars, tools, projects, agentic AI capabilities, and responsible-use practices into clear, practical enablement strategies for a professional engineering consulting audience. Your role will help employees understand not only what AI tools and solutions are available, but how they can be used responsibly, securely, and effectively to improve the way they work. Primary Responsibilities You will lead and support a small team dedicated to advancing AI enablement across the organization. Together, you will design and deliver adoption campaigns, training programs, communications, workshops, communities of practice, and super-user networks that build confidence, maturity, and responsible AI behaviours across CIMA+. You will support a wide range of audiences, including field engineers, designers, project managers, operational teams, corporate functions, and executives. By adapting enablement activities to the realities of each group, you will help ensure that AI adoption is practical, relevant, measurable, and connected to business value. This role is central to ensuring that AI adoption at CIMA+ is not limited to technology deployment, but becomes a structured, measurable, and business-relevant transformation in how teams collaborate, innovate, and deliver value to clients. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field At least 5 years of relevant experience in AI adoption, digital transformation, technology adoption, or a related field Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and managing or developing teams Strong understanding of generative AI, including its applications, opportunities, limitations, and risks Experience translating AI or emerging technology capabilities into concrete use cases and new ways of working Excellent communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and influencing skills Ability to bridge technology teams, business units, and organizational functions Strong strategic and organizational skills, curiosity, sound judgment, and adaptability Integrity, team spirit, and commitment to excellence Assets Experience with organization-wide technology adoption or transformation programs Experience collaborating with Talent & Culture, Human Resources, Learning & Development, or Change Management teams Experience with AI champion networks or communities of practice Knowledge of responsible AI principles, privacy, confidentiality, information security, and governance Experience measuring technology adoption and business value Experience in consulting engineering, professional services, or a project-based technical environment If you have any questions, please contact Ibrahima Amadou LY At CIMA+, we value diversity of talent and perspective. Requirements
Requires a Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field with at least 5 years of experience in AI adoption or digital transformation. Must possess strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of generative AI applications and risks.
