Position Summary CIMCO is looking for a Parts & Sales Support Specialist to support our service, sales, and project teams across Atlantic Canada. This role is responsible for sourcing materials, preparing quotations, coordinating with suppliers, and helping customers and technicians obtain the parts they need to keep critical refrigeration and HVAC systems operating. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in parts, technical products, inside sales, procurement, industrial supply, HVAC, construction, automotive, or mechanical equipment industries who enjoys solving problems and working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. While refrigeration experience is an asset, we are willing to train candidates with strong customer service skills, technical aptitude, and a desire to learn. The successful candidate will work closely with service technicians, account managers, suppliers, and customers throughout Atlantic Canada and will become a key resource within the organization. This position is hybrid eligible. The successful candidate will initially work full-time in the office to build technical knowledge, supplier familiarity, and strong working relationships. A hybrid work arrangement may be considered once training and onboarding objectives have been achieved. Why Join CIMCO? * Work with one of Canada's leading refrigeration and HVAC companies * Learn a specialized industry with long-term career opportunities * Collaborate with experienced technicians, engineers, and sales professionals * Competitive compensation and benefits package * Career development, mentoring, and continuing education opportunities * Hybrid work flexibility following successful onboarding Key Responsibilities * Prepare quotations for parts and material sales for customers and internal teams * Source parts, equipment, and materials from existing and new suppliers * Process orders, purchase orders, and related transactions in SAP * Support technicians, account managers, and customers with parts identification, substitutions, and technical product inquiries * Coordinate with suppliers regarding pricing, availability, lead times, and order status * Assist with warranty-related parts administration and documentation * Create and maintain part numbers and product information within company systems * Support inventory management activities, including cycle counts and warehouse coordination as required * Deliver exceptional customer service while resolving issues in a professional, solutions-focused manner * Utilize SAP, CRM systems, Microsoft Office, Teams, supplier portals, and other business systems to support daily operations * Continuously develop product knowledge related to refrigeration, HVAC, and industrial mechanical systems * Support additional administrative and operational requirements as needed Skills, Knowledge & Qualifications * Experience in parts sales, technical sales support, procurement, inside sales, customer service, industrial supply, construction, HVAC, automotive, heavy equipment, or a related field * Experience working with technical products, equipment, materials, or parts is preferred * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office; SAP experience is an asset * Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn technical products and systems * Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with service and sales teams * Valid driver's licence considered an asset
