Experience in the Ontario Career College or Education sector will be considered an asset. Admissions Advisors are responsible for recruiting and enrolling students for various Vocational programs and Non-Vocational courses by converting leads received by CIMT College. As an Admissions Advisor for CIMT College, you are expected to proactively and professionally engage with leads, and help them achieve their educational and career goals. You will play a crucial role in assisting prospective students throughout the admissions process and will serve as a primary point of contact for individuals interested in enrolling in our programs, guiding them through the application process, providing information about our programs and services, and ensuring a smooth transition into their chosen program. Key Responsibilities: * Student Consultation: Conduct consultations with prospective students to understand their educational goals, career aspirations, and program interests. * Information Provision: Provide detailed information about CIMT College's programs, including curriculum, admission requirements, tuition fees, financial aid options, and student support services. * Admissions Assistance: Assist students with the completion of application forms, ensuring accuracy and completeness of required documentation. * Admissions Criteria Evaluation: Evaluate applicants' qualifications and eligibility for admission based on established criteria and guidelines. * Application Processing: Process student applications efficiently and accurately, including data entry and documentation management. * Follow-Up Communication: Maintain regular communication with applicants to provide updates on their application status, address inquiries, and offer support as needed. * Conversion Management: Employ effective sales techniques to convert inquiries into enrolled students, meeting or exceeding enrollment targets. * Relationship Building: Cultivate positive relationships with prospective students, alumni, and external stakeholders to promote CIMT College and enhance the admissions experience. * Event Participation: Represent CIMT College at recruitment events, career fairs, and other outreach activities to attract prospective students and promote awareness of our programs. * Compliance and Ethics: Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, ethical guidelines, and college policies in all admissions activities. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred * A minimum of 3 years of experience in college admissions, student recruitment, or a related field.
