Application Development AI Engineer - Vice President

We are seeking a visionary and highly accomplished Vice President (VP), to join our team as Application/Product Development AI Engineer. The ideal candidate is a seasoned engineer with a proven track record of building and scaling high-performing and resilient products, driving innovation in product development, and designing robust, scalable software architectures. A critical aspect of this role is to champion and integrate cutting-edge AI development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Devin) into our engineering workflows to accelerate development cycles, enhance code quality, and foster a culture of innovation. Responsibilities: * Technical Leadership: * Collaborate closely with Product Management, Design, and other business stakeholders to ensure technical solutions meet customer needs and market demands. * Champion agile methodologies and a culture of continuous improvement to deliver high-quality products efficiently and predictably. * Innovation & AI Integration: * Stay at the forefront of industry trends, particularly in software architecture, microservices, and artificial intelligence. * Lead the evaluation and adoption of new technologies and tools to enhance engineering productivity and product capabilities. * Actively promote and guide the hands-on use of AI-driven development tools like GitHub Copilot, Devin, and other emerging technologies to optimize coding, testing, and debugging processes.
