Role Description The Commercial Business Development & Account Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Calgary, AB. In this role, you will identify and pursue new commercial business opportunities through active prospecting, lead generation, and direct outreach. You will also manage existing client accounts to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction, prompt communication, and long-term retention. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing customized proposals and quotes, conducting site visits, coordinating with our operations team to ensure service delivery meets expectations, and tracking sales performance metrics. Additionally, you will build lasting business relationships, attend local networking events, and continuously seek opportunities to expand our commercial portfolio. Qualifications New Business Development: Proven ability to generate leads and close sales through prospecting, networking, and consistent follow-up. Account Management: Strong client-facing skills to nurture, retain, and grow existing account relationships. Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with both clients and internal operations teams. Industry Experience: Background in B2B sales, ideally within commercial cleaning, facility management, or service-based industries. Pipeline Management: Demonstrated track record of meeting sales targets and managing an active pipeline. Organization: Strong time-management and organizational skills with high attention to detail. Local Mobility: Comfortable working on-site, conducting client site visits, and traveling locally within Calgary and surrounding areas. Must hold a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and eligibility to work in Canada.
