Qualifications: Building Service Worker Certificate Valid Class 5 Driver’s Licence for the Province of British Columbia Knowledge of the methods, materials, tools and equipment used in janitorial work Ability to deal courteously and effectively with internal and external contacts Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions. Ability to perform duties with minimal supervision. Ability to perform heavy lifting The City of Delta provides a competitive salary of $28.97 - $33.92 per hour + 12% in lieu of vacation, public holidays and benefits.
