Lead the City’s annual operating and capital budget processes, three-year operating forecasts, and 10-year capital plan, while overseeing the Budget & Financial Planning team. Analyze financial submissions and project impacts, prepare reports and tax-related materials, manage reserves and funding strategies, and maintain financial policies, processes, and internal controls.
