The Instructor/Lifeguard is responsible for planning and delivering aquatic programs while ensuring the safety and supervision of all patrons. They also perform administrative duties, maintain facility records, and provide leadership to student staff during emergencies and daily operations. Candidates must possess a Grade 12 diploma and current certifications including LSS Swim for Life, LSS Instructor, NL Pool, and Standard First Aid. Applicants should demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills with a working knowledge of the Ontario Occupational Health & Safety Act.
