The cook is responsible for planning and preparing nutritious meals and snacks in accordance with the Canada Food Guide while maintaining food supplies within a set budget. Additionally, the role involves performing housekeeping and laundry duties and assisting with the daily care of children. Candidates must have a secondary school graduation or an equivalent combination of education and experience, along with a safe food handling training certificate. Applicants are also required to maintain First Aid certification and undergo a Police Vulnerable Sector Check.
