The Pot Washer is responsible for cleaning kitchen equipment, maintaining sanitary conditions in food service areas, and performing portering duties. They also assist with food preparation and ensure all safety and chemical handling protocols are followed. Candidates must have a Grade 10 education or equivalent and possess a current Safe Food Handling certification. Completion of or enrollment in a food service worker training program is required, along with the ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
