About this Role If you are looking for a long-term position as an Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator in progressive, state-of-the-art Orthodontic/Dental offices. We are looking for a Full-Time Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator, approximately 32-40 hours/week. The successful applicant must be self-motivated, organized, detail oriented, caring and a compassionate individual to connect with team members, parents and patients. It is also important that this person possesses a positive attitude with professional commitment and is friendly and out-going in a team-oriented environment. Requirements: (The applicant must meet the following requirements) High School diploma Must be computer proficient and learn new software easily (software used in our office are Ortho2 Edge and Curve Hero) Previous experience in customer service or office administration is an asset. Ability to present treatment plans and finalize financial arrangements Ability to work with a large team Be proactive Ability to work in a fast paced environment Ability to adapt to change and a growing practice High level of organization and attention to detail Excellent communication and customer service skills Proficient in English Willingness to be cross trained in other areas of the clinic Must be willing to travel between different office locations Responsibilities and Duties Taking diagnostic pictures Explaining orthodontic treatment and appliances to patients and parents Setting up financial contracts and payment plans Address patient questions and concerns Follow up with patients and insurance companies Be proficient working with different insurance companies Be well versed in our billing process and cost of procedures, treatments and consultations Review Treatment Coordinator statistics and reports Work in partnership with the Financial Coordinator to help patients initiate treatment Qualifications and Skills Minimum education: High School Diploma Customer service and consultation experience is an asset Previous experience working in an orthodontic office or a dental office (preferred but not required) This position offers: State of the art offices (5 locations) Professional clinical team Full-Time hours 32-40 hours/week Pay based on experience Benefits: Free Uniforms Benefit Package Vacation Pay Bonus Pay Candidates must be legally eligible to work in Canada
