Job Description Civeo Premium Services Employees LP is seeking a dedicated and safety-focused Equipment Operator to join our team at the Tse Zul Camp near Faro, YT. In this hands-on role, you will operate and maintain site equipment, support seasonal grounds work and building maintenance, assist skilled trades, and provide operational support to departments across the lodge. You will help keep the site safe, functional, and well maintained for guests and employees. This is an excellent opportunity for an adaptable team member who is comfortable working outdoors in changing conditions, can respond to shifting operational priorities, and takes pride in supporting a busy remote lodge environment. Meals and accommodations are provided while on site. Key Responsibilities Operate front loader, skid steer, sweepers, snowblowers, water trucks, and other equipment safely and efficiently. Perform snow removal, landscaping, groundskeeping, and general site clean-up. Complete routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance. Assist with minor building maintenance and repairs. Support tradespeople with site setup, material handling, and clean-up. Load, unload, and move supplies, equipment, and materials around the lodge. Keep equipment, work areas, and storage spaces clean and organized. Follow all safety procedures and report hazards or maintenance issues. Participate in safety meetings and training. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous equipment operating experience required. Valid Class 5 Driver's License with an acceptable 5-year driving abstract. Front Loader and Skid Steer licenses and/or competency certifications are required. Basic mechanical and maintenance knowledge is an asset. Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, and grounds maintenance equipment. Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills. Ability to work independently and support multiple departments. Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and lift up to 50 lbs. Current, valid First Aid certification is an asset. Must successfully pass a pre-access Drug and Alcohol test as a condition of employment.
