Job Description Civeo Premium Services Employees LP is currently seeking an experienced Operations Manager, Western Canada. The Operations Manager is responsible for leading operations across multiple workforce accommodation and hospitality sites throughout Western Canada. This role is focused on delivering exceptional guest experiences, maintaining operational excellence, fostering a strong safety culture, and supporting the achievement of business objectives. This position will be on a rotation basis 15 days on / 13 days off as required by the business. The successful candidate will provide leadership and support to site management teams, drive service excellence, oversee operational performance, and build strong relationships with clients, Indigenous partners, employees, and community stakeholders. This position requires regular travel to operational sites across Western Canada. Responsibilities Lead and support operations across multiple lodges and workforce accommodation sites throughout Western Canada. Drive service excellence by implementing Civeo's operational strategies, standards, and continuous improvement initiatives. Champion safety, wellness, environmental stewardship, and regulatory compliance at all locations. Develop and mentor high-performing site leadership teams while promoting a culture of accountability, engagement, and collaboration. Partner with clients to ensure operational requirements are met and service expectations are consistently exceeded. Monitor operational performance, identify improvement opportunities, and implement solutions to maximize efficiency and profitability. Participate in strategic planning initiatives and contribute to achieving divisional and corporate goals. Assess and effectively manage operational, financial, and business risks. Develop, manage, and oversee divisional budgets while ensuring responsible stewardship of company assets. Provide guidance and support to Lodge Managers and site leadership teams in resolving operational challenges. Oversee staffing plans, workforce requirements, equipment utilization, and resource allocation across multiple locations. Maintain effective communication between corporate leadership and site operations, ensuring alignment with company objectives. Foster strong relationships with clients, Indigenous communities, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders. Act as a brand ambassador for Civeo and uphold company values in all internal and external interactions. Maintain confidentiality regarding company policies, procedures, business strategies, and employee information. Stay current with hospitality, workforce accommodation, camp operations, and industry best practices. Qualifications Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Operations Management, or a related field. Equivalent experience will be considered. Minimum 10 years of progressive operational leadership experience, preferably within hospitality, workforce accommodations, camp services, remote site services, or related industries. Minimum 3 years of senior leadership experience overseeing multiple locations or business units. Proven success leading high-performing teams in remote or decentralized operational environments. Strong business acumen with experience managing budgets, financial performance, cost controls, and operational KPIs. Exceptional leadership, communication, relationship-building, and conflict-resolution skills. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and drive successful outcomes in a fast-paced environment. Experience working with Indigenous communities and fostering meaningful stakeholder relationships is considered an asset. Strong analytical, organizational, and strategic planning skills. Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills. Ability to travel extensively throughout Western Canada. Valid Class 5 Driver's License with a driving record satisfactory to Civeo's driving requirements. Ability to obtain site access and successfully pass a pre-access Drug & Alcohol test.
