As a Portfolio Resource Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our security operations run smoothly by coordinating schedules, supporting our frontline security professionals, and helping deliver exceptional service to our clients. What You'll Do As a Portfolio Resource Coordinator, you'll work closely with our Client Service Manager to support daily branch operations by: Coordinating schedules and staffing needs across the Thunder Bay portfolio. Filling open shifts while ensuring contractual staffing requirements are met. Communicating schedules and updates clearly with security professionals. Responding promptly to scheduling requests and employee support tickets. Maintaining accurate scheduling, payroll, and billing information using TEAM software. Monitoring employee certifications, training, and compliance requirements. Supporting the Client Service Manager and providing coverage when needed. Occasionally traveling locally to client sites as required. Required Qualifications Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong verbal and written communication abilities. Customer-focused with the ability to build positive working relationships. Comfortable using computers and learning new software systems. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work varying hours based on operational needs. Legally authorized to work in Canada. Preferred Qualifications Experience in scheduling, dispatching, administration, or workforce coordination. Previous experience in the security industry or in a supervisory role.
