Vora is Hiring a Social Media Content Creator (Instagram Reels)! Location: Fully Remote Schedule: Full-Time Employment Type: Full-Time Pay Range: $40,000 – $60,000/year (uncapped growth potential) Overview As our Social Media Content Creator, you are the face and force behind Vora’s social media presence. This role sits at the intersection of idea creation, viral content strategy, and short-form video editing, with a strong focus on Instagram Reels and similar platforms. This is not basic Canva posting or passive scheduling. This role is about viral-first content creation at a high level, guided by proven training systems and performance-based growth. You’ll be expected to embody these values daily while helping scale our social media presence across Tier 1 English-speaking markets. Responsibilities Consume, re-watch, and take detailed notes on provided training modules Ideate, create, and recreate content ideas daily using: Competitor research Internal high-performing content Leverage AI tools to bring creative ideas to life Edit short-form video content using CapCut, applying advanced techniques learned in training Post content daily on assigned social media accounts Apply feedback from content managers consistently and quickly Handle content requests aimed at improving post performance and growth Performance Expectations / Results High-quality content produced daily Content that regularly goes viral in Tier 1 countries Strong click-through conversion to monetization platforms Continuous improvement and adoption of new content styles Reliability, punctuality, and consistent effort every shift Clear, timely internal communication with the marketing team English Fluency Strong written and verbal communication skills Deep interest in social media and content creation Strong aesthetic sense and understanding of visual appeal Viral-oriented mindset with the ability to analyze why content performs Strong understanding of Gen-Z humor and American pop culture Ability to work under pressure, manage time, and hold yourself accountable Motivated by growth, high standards, and personal development Overtime Pay On-the-Job Training (daily training from industry leaders) Growth Opportunities Flexible time-off policy (10-day notice required) No micromanagement Performance-based bonuses Work with a driven, high-standard, creative team
