Clean Harbors in Guelph, ON is seeking a Field Service Technician to join their safety conscious team in Field Services! RESPONSIBILITIES * Ensuring that Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and always acting in a safe manner. * Perform environmental remediation, hazardous waste management, and chemical/water spill cleanups. * Conduct tank and vessel cleaning, including confined space entry and work at heights. * Complete labor-intensive field service projects and emergency response activities. * Safely use hand tools, pressure washers, and other powered industrial equipment. * Wear required personal protective equipment, including respirators. * Perform all other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS * Valid Class G license with reliable transportation required. * Willingness to travel to various sites across Ontario as needed. * Previous labour or hazardous waste removal experience is highly preferred. * Industrial cleaning and chemical handling experience is an asset. * Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting and moving materials. * Willingness to be trained for confined space entry and work at heights. * Must be clean-shaven when required to ensure proper respirator fit and use. 40 years of sustainability in action.
