This role is highly participant-facing and focused on driving measurable energy savings while maintaining strong participant engagement. The SEM Coach will manage a cohort of industrial and commercial participants, guide them through program milestones, and ensure deliverables are completed on time and to a high standard. You are a great fit if you can… Manage and guide participants through the SEM program lifecycle, ensuring progress against milestones and deliverables. Coach and influence participants to achieve energy savings and stay engaged. Facilitate workshops and one-on-one sessions with confidence. Translate technical concepts into clear, practical actions. Identify and support implementation of energy efficiency opportunities. Track performance, update models, and communicate results clearly. Deliver organized, high-quality program outputs on time. Build strong participant relationships to drive satisfaction and retention. Exciting candidates will have… 2-5 years of experience in commercial and/or industrial environments. Background in energy, engineering, or a related technical/science field. Working knowledge of industrial and commercial systems (e.g., motor, compressed air, boiler, HVAC, BAS, etc). Ability to perform technical calculations. Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills. Strong organization and ability to manage multiple priorities. Experience working with participants or stakeholders in technical environments. Highly proficient in MS office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), including document preparation, data analysis, and presentation development. CEM, P.Eng., Lean Six Sigma Certified or similar designation is an asset. Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to participant’s sites. Targeted Compensation: $40-$43/hour Canadian Commercial Driving Requirements If applicable, meet all qualification, licensing, medical, and compliance requirements for commercial drivers under applicable provincial and territorial laws, the Canadian National Safety Code (NSC), and any federal regulations for extra‑provincial operations, including hours‑of‑service and safety fitness requirements. Compensation Range $36.10 - $62.60 Currency CAD Type Hourly Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example. What you’ll do

Lead and deliver Strategic Energy Management programs by coaching industrial and commercial participants to achieve measurable energy savings. Manage program lifecycles, facilitate workshops, and ensure all deliverables are completed on time.

Requirements

Requires 2-5 years of experience in commercial or industrial environments with a background in energy, engineering, or a related technical field. Must possess a valid driver's license and proficiency in MS Office tools.
