Role Description The Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Toronto, ON. This role oversees office interior construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with clients, landlords, designers, contractors, and vendors; managing project schedules and resources; and tracking progress against milestones. The Project Manager will handle procurement and expediting of materials, conduct site inspections, manage logistics for deliveries and installations, and proactively identify and mitigate project risks. This role also involves preparing project documentation, reporting status updates, and supporting continuous improvement in Clearspace’s project delivery processes. Qualifications Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and stakeholder coordination. Knowledge of inspection practices and quality control for construction or interior fit-out projects. Relevant post-secondary education in construction management, engineering, project management, or a related field. Prior experience managing construction, commercial interiors, or fit-out projects is highly beneficial. Proficiency with project management software and collaboration tools. Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and time management.
