Kyriba Implementation Senior Analyst

Role: Senior Analyst, Treasury Location: Clearsulting is headquartered in Cleveland, OH, with additional offices located in Chicago, IL; Columbus, OH; and Dallas, TX. Other cities are welcome remotely. Office Options: Hybrid or Remote. For team members residing in Toronto, we expect 2-4 days of in-person work per month, allowing flexibility choosing these days to accommodate client meetings, team syncs and individual schedules. For all other cities, we welcome remote work. Travel Expectations: Up to 10% What you'll do Assist in driving full scope of system implementation activities, including gathering functional and technical requirements, designing solution, building interfaces and systems, completing testing cycles, delivering training, and deploying the final product Lead configurations, train clients on technical solutions, and ensure quality of delivery and all deliverables, including process documentation and UAT scripts Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, addressing escalations autonomously and identifying additional opportunities within Treasury and/or Clearsulting What You'll Bring: 3+ years in professional services in a delivery role 1+ years of Kyriba or TMS implementation experience; CTP is a plus Strong project management experience including workplan creation and updates, milestone tracking, risk management, status updates, change management, engagement economics (profitability), and communications Excellent written and verbal communication skills; can clearly convey complex business concepts to project stakeholders Effective organizational skills and ability to manage multiple and competing priorities Applicants must be legally authorized to work in Canada without employer sponsorship. We are committed to ensuring our offers reflect the value each candidate brings to the role. Final salary placement will be based on upon several factors, including, level of expertise, relevant work experience, technology certifications, educational background, geography and alignment with industry standards. Drive full-scope system implementation activities including requirements gathering, solution design, and deployment of Treasury Management Systems. Lead configurations, conduct client training, and maintain stakeholder relationships to identify additional business opportunities.

Requires over 3 years of professional services delivery experience and at least 1 year of Kyriba or TMS implementation experience. Candidates must possess strong project management skills and be legally authorized to work in Canada without sponsorship.
