Perform moderate- and high-complexity hematology testing, review and report patient results, and evaluate blood smears for abnormal findings. Maintain and troubleshoot analyzers and other laboratory equipment, follow quality and safety requirements, and collaborate with laboratory colleagues, pathologists, and healthcare providers.
