Landscape Maintenance Crew Member

Clintar provides exceptional landscape maintenance services to our commercial customers providing lawn and landscape maintenance during the Spring, Summer and Fall seasons. There is also an opportunity to work through the Winter Season. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Performs lawn maintenance duties, including the use of riding mowers, walk behind mowers, push mowers, and using a variety of powered and non-powered hand tools Ensure all tools, power equipment and mowers are returned to their proper place in the vehicle upon each job completion Assists with driving company vehicle (and trailer) to customer locations Assists in a daily “circle check” inspection of truck and equipment before taking the vehicle out on the road and upon return to the yard Assists Crew Leader in maintaining vehicle and equipment in a clean, tidy, and safe condition Communicates customer requests to Crew Leader(s), example reporting lawn, tree, shrub, and flower issues Must have a good work ethic: Punctual, good attendance, dependable, and able to take direction from a Crew Leader and/or Maintenance supervisor Work safely at all times by following company safety policies and procedures, using required PPE, identifying and reporting hazards, and maintaining a safe work environment for yourself, coworkers, customers, and the public Other duties as assigned Qualifications Prior landscaping experience preferred (1 year experience) Physically fit, with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds Ability to work with hand tools, power tools, and small engine equipment Thrives in a fast-paced work environment Comfortable working outdoors in various conditions Ability to work flexible hours including Valid G drivers licence with clean driving record Clintar is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and we are committed to equal employment opportunity regardless of race, color, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, gender identity, or Veteran status. Requires at least one year of landscaping experience and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Candidates must possess a valid G driver's license with a clean driving record and be comfortable working outdoors in various conditions.
