Title: SAP Test Manager Location: Calgary, AB | Mississauga, ON - (On-Site) Duration: Long term on Contract Experiece: 10+ Years Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced SAP Test Manager with a strong background in SAP ECC and SAP S4 HANA. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SAP projects, particularly in migration and end-to-end testing. This role requires a proactive leader who can effectively coordinate with customers and key stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. Responsibilities: Lead the testing efforts for SAP projects, ensuring comprehensive functional testing is conducted. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to define testing requirements and scope. Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for SAP ECC and S4 HANA implementations. Oversee the migration testing process, ensuring data integrity and system functionality post-migration. Facilitate defect management processes, including identification, tracking, and resolution of issues. Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and escalate issues as necessary. Mentor and guide junior testing team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance testing environment. Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Mandatory Skills: Proven experience in functional testing within SAP environments. Strong experience in SAP ECC and SAP S4 HANA. Hands-on experience with migration testing and end-to-end testing processes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with customers and stakeholders. Ability to lead and manage testing teams, ensuring alignment with project goals. Functional Knowledge Experience across major SAP domains: Finance (FI/CO) Procure to Pay (MM) Order to Cash (SD) Asset Management HR / Payroll Supply Chain Preferred Brownfield migration experience. Selective Data Migration validation exposure. SAP Cloud ALM and Solution Manager exposure. Rail or transportation industry experience. Certifications (Preferred) SAP S/4HANA Certification

Requirements

Candidates should be able to lead testing teams, communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders, and have functional knowledge across major SAP domains; brownfield migration, selective data migration validation, SAP Cloud ALM, Solution Manager, rail or transportation experience, and SAP S/4HANA certification are preferred.
