What you’ll do

Partner with design partners and early customers to scope and architect self-hosted deployments within their cloud environments. Ensure routing, governance, voice, and tools work effectively in real-world deployments, and share field learnings with the product team.

Requirements

Candidates should have a strong infrastructure or cloud background and experience deploying complex software into customer environments. Excellent communication skills and occasional travel availability are expected; pre- or post-sales engineering experience and familiarity with Kubernetes, security, or compliance are advantageous.
