Position Sum mary: We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager with a strong SAP Finance background to lead project delivery and provide leadership for our SAP Finance consulting team.The ideal candidate will have spent the majority of their career as a hands-on SAP FI/CO consultant before progressing into project management and people leadership roles. While projects may span multiple SAP domains, this individual will serve as a senior leader within the SAP Finance practice, providing functional oversight, mentoring consultants, supporting solution design reviews, and ensuring successful project exec ution.This role requires a balance of SAP Finance functional expertise, project delivery leadership, stakeholder management, and team develo pment. Key Responsibi lities: Project DeliveryManage SAP projects, enhancements, rollouts, assessments, and support initiatives across various SAP functiona l areas.Develop and manage project plans, budgets, resource allocations, risks, issues, and stakeholder communi cations.Coordinate cross-functional teams including Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, Technical, Integration, and Data re sources.Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and meet client expec tations. SAP Finance L eadershipAct as a senior functional leader for the SAP Financ e pillar.Provide guidance and oversight to SAP FI/CO consultants on solution design and best p ractices.Review functional specifications, design documents, estimates, and proposed s olutions.Support consultants in resolving complex business and syste m issues.Participate in solution discussions for Finance-related opportunities and client eng agements.Ensure consistency and quality across SAP Finance project deli verables. Team Leadership & People ManagementLead, mentor, and develop SAP Finance co nsultants.Support recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and career development a ctivities.Help build delivery capabilities and strengthen SAP Finance competencies across the org anization.Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning. Client EngagementBuild trusted relationships with client stakeholders across Finance and IT org anizations.Facilitate workshops, requirements discussions, and soluti on reviews.Provide delivery leadership and executive-level communication throughout project lifecycles. Preferred Qua lifications: Previous experience managing consulting teams and di rect reports.Experience working in a consulting or professional services organization.SAP S/4HANA Finance implementatio n experience.PMP, SAP Activate, or related ce rtifications.Experience across manufacturing, life sciences, consumer products, or distributio n industries. What you’ll do

The SAP Project Manager will manage SAP projects, enhancements, and support initiatives across various functional areas while providing leadership for the SAP Finance consulting team. They will ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and meet client expectations.

Requirements

Candidates must have a minimum of 12 years of SAP experience with deep expertise in SAP Finance and at least 4 years in project management or delivery management. Strong functional experience across SAP FI/CO and excellent communication skills are also required.
