Experience Required: 12+ years of SAP experience with deep hands-on expertise in SAP Finance. .Job Location: Canada - Remote. Employment Type: Full-Time. VISA Status: PR / Citizen only (physically present in Canada. Start Date: in a week (Jul 17th 2026) Preferred Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or related field. Experience: Minimum relevant of 8 - 10 years of experience in SAP FICO implementation and support. Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP FICO modules, including configuration and customization. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to details. Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Key Responsibilities: Lead SAP FI/CO design, configuration, testing, and implementation in SAP S/4HANA. Configure and support GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Profit Center Accounting, CO-PA, and Product Costing. Drive FI integration with MM, SD, and PP modules for end-to-end manufacturing processes. Configure Material Ledger, Actual Costing, WIP, Variance Calculation, and Settlement. Support inventory valuation, standard costing, and manufacturing cost analysis. Participate in requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, UAT, cutover, and go-live activities. Provide production support and resolve complex finance and costing issues. Must Have: 8–10 years of SAP FICO experience with a minimum of 2 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations. Strong hands-on experience in GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, CO-PA, and Product Costing. Strong experience in FI-MM, FI-SD, and PP integration. Hands-on expertise in Material Ledger, Actual Costing, WIP, Variance Calculation, and Settlement. Mandatory: Proven hands-on experience with Intercompany and Intra-company Stock Transport Order (STO) business processes, including end-to-end process flow, SAP configuration, document flow, FI accounting entries, inventory valuation, and integration with MM and SD. Candidates should have implemented or supported STO processes in a manufacturing environment and be able to explain the complete business and accounting flow. Strong understanding of manufacturing finance, inventory accounting, and costing. Preferred : Experience in Industrial Automation, Automotive, Electronics, or Discrete Manufacturing. Exposure to SAP Fiori, Embedded Analytics, Group Reporting, EBS, and GST/Indirect Tax.
