Job summary

Clovermead is looking for a friendly, confident, and enthusiastic Worker Bee to join our Bee Education Tour Guide team! This role is perfect for someone who enjoys speaking with guests, teaching others, and helping families learn about honey bees in a fun and engaging way. Beekeeper Tour Guides help create memorable experiences by leading educational tours, answering questions, and ensuring guests feel safe, welcome, and excited to learn. What You’ll Do: Lead tours and educate guests about honey bees and beekeeping Speak clearly and confidently to groups of all ages Share fun facts and interesting information in an engaging way Answer guest questions and provide excellent customer service Assist with tour set-up, clean-up, and keeping the area tidy Assist guests in touching a stingless Drone Bee, and spotting the Queen Bee What We’re Looking For: Friendly, outgoing, and professional communication skills Comfortable speaking to groups and working with children and families Interest in bees, nature, farming, or education (training provided) Strong teamwork and positive attitude Able to stay calm and organized during busy days Reliable transportation and punctual attendance Must be available Saturdays and holidays during peak season Expected Hours: Part-time Shifts may be scheduled on any day from Monday through Saturday No Sunday work required, as we are closed on Sundays.

Requirements
