What you’ll do: * Perform general repairs such as fixing doors, patching drywall, repairing leaks, replacing light fixtures, and painting. * Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues with plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and structural components. * Assist in maintaining the facility by assembling furniture, installing shelving, and troubleshooting minor equipment issues. * Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following all safety protocols. * Respond promptly to maintenance requests and document completed tasks. * Support inventory management by organizing tools, supplies, and maintenance equipment. * Assist senior technicians with more complex repair projects to learn best practices. What we’re looking for: * Handyman Skills & Repair Knowledge: Basic experience with plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall repair, painting, and general building maintenance. * Proficiency with Hand and Power Tools: Comfortable using tools such as drills, saws, wrenches, and other equipment used in repairs. * Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot issues effectively. * Team Player: Works well in a collaborative environment, supporting and learning from senior technicians while contributing to the team's success. * Attention to Detail: A keen eye for spotting maintenance issues and ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently. * Physical Readiness: Capable of lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, and performing repetitive tasks * Other items to note: Communication, Problem Resolution/Analysis, Customer Service, Team/Individual Contributor, Leadership, Working Conditions, Mental and Physical Skill/Effort. * Flexible Schedule: Ability to work minimum 40 hours on flexible hours based on company needs.
