As we scale rapidly, we are looking for a Vehicle Inspector (Evening Shift) to join our reconditioning facility team.This role is ideal for someone dependable, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Evening availability is required. The shift schedule is Monday to Thursday, 4:30 PM – 3:00 AM, and includes a $1.50 per hour shift premium. What You’ll Do: Inspect incoming vehicles for damage, cleanliness, and mechanical issues. Identify and report problems that fall outside Clutch’s quality standards. Move, start, and park cars around the lot safely and efficiently. Track inspection results using checklists and digital tools. Collaborate with reconditioning, detailing, and mechanical teams to prioritize vehicle flow. Perform basic troubleshooting for minor vehicle issues. Keep work areas organized and follow all safety procedures. What We’re Looking For: Education: Post-secondary education preferred Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and teamwork License: Minimum G2 Driver’s License with a clean driver’s abstract Work Authorization: Legally authorized to work in Canada Location: Ability to commute to Mississauga Availability: Able to commit to a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, including overtime based on business needs. It'd be Great if You Have: Previous experience in automotive, logistics, or warehouse operations. Familiarity with Google Sheets or other digital tools. Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles. Requirements

Requires a minimum G2 Driver's License with a clean abstract and legal authorization to work in Canada. Post-secondary education and previous experience in automotive or logistics are preferred.
